New Tab Widgets v1.9 adds a Timer widget, a Basic Calculator, a date Countdown widget, a Pomodoro timer, and several new social and AI app integrations including WhatsApp, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek.
New Tab Widgets v1.9 is here, and it's packed with new productivity tools. This release adds four new widgets focused on time management and quick calculations, plus a wave of new social and AI app integrations for your dashboard.
⏱️ Timer Widget
Set a duration, hit start, and let the Timer widget count down for you — all without leaving your new tab. An optional alarm plays when the timer reaches zero so you never miss the end of a focus session, a cooking timer, or a meeting.

🍅 Pomodoro Timer
Work in focused bursts with the Pomodoro timer — a purpose-built widget based on the popular Pomodoro Technique. Alternate between focused work intervals and short breaks to stay sharp throughout the day.

A clean, always-accessible calculator right on your dashboard. The Basic Calculator widget keeps a full history of your calculations so you can scroll back and review previous results without re-entering them.
